She Calls Out Double Standards
In her most recent Instagram post, Hayat decided to call out a publication who mistreated her. She revealed that they decided to not publish an interview she did with them, after seeing her pose in a bathing suit. Despite this, Hayat says that she is still comfortable with herself. “I recently had a major publication who wanted to write about my spiritual journey, and they interviewed me. After seeing my bikini images on Instagram they decided not to run the story because how can a former nun be spiritual and have the gifts I do when I wear a bikini..I would rather go” wearing nothing “… because that’s my pure natural sacred state.”
She Believes In Herself
Hayat revealed in an interview with Women Fitness that she was bullied for her looks growing up, and that this took a toll on her self-esteem. She says that these experiences have encouraged her to always believe in herself, especially when no one else does. “When I was at school, I was bullied, and the girls used to say to me, ‘You are so ugly no guy will ever want you.’ I always believe in myself, even though others did not I guess.If you work hard with morality and honesty, then you can succeed! I am very blessed and worked really hard for what I have achieved.”

She Loves Bikram Yoga

She says that one of her favorite ways to workout is by practicing yoga, specifically Bikram Yoga. “I love bikram yoga, it de-stresses and detoxes me, as well as being great for my body.” “True Yoga is being a seeker of the truth. I have had many ancient codes and past life memories release in my body from certain poses, but I had to be in a place of no ego and purity and truth, not just in that moment, but as a way of life,” she has written.

Hayat is open about her love of riding horses. She loves them so much, she tells Women Fitness that she picked up the sport of polo. “I also love to play polo, which is not only a great body toner, but gets out any stress I may have. I also love doing a sport where I am connected to such a magnificent and powerful animal. It’s like me and the horse are untouchable!”
